Terms & Conditions

NexEats is an online marketplace that connects you with independent restaurants and delivery riders in Algeria. We facilitate ordering and delivery; the food is prepared by the restaurant you order from. NexEats is operated by NexAtlas Technologies Ltd.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use NexEats and 18 or over to order age-restricted items.
• You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure, and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information so your order can be fulfilled.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected items from the restaurant. The order is accepted once the restaurant confirms it. Menus, prices and availability are set by each restaurant and may change. We show the prices and any applicable delivery or service fees before you confirm.

NexEats currently operates on a cash-on-delivery basis only. You pay the rider in cash when your order arrives (or the restaurant on collection). No online or card payment is offered or processed, and we do not collect any card details. Please have the correct amount ready where possible.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary with restaurant preparation time, traffic and weather.
• You must be available at the delivery address and contactable on the phone number you provided.
• If the rider cannot reach you or no one is available to receive and pay for the order, it may be cancelled and you may still be liable for its cost.

Because food preparation begins quickly, an order usually cannot be cancelled once the restaurant has accepted it. If something is wrong with your order — missing items, incorrect items or a quality issue — contact us at support@nexeats.app and we will work with the restaurant to put it right. As orders are paid in cash, any agreed adjustment will be handled accordingly.

All prices are shown in Algerian Dinar (DZD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery and service fees, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you confirm. The total shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Allergen and dietary information is provided by restaurants. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please contact the restaurant directly before ordering. NexEats is not responsible for the accuracy of restaurant-supplied information.

When using NexEats, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
• Place orders you do not intend to receive or pay for.
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems.
• Copy, scrape or misuse content, branding or data from the platform.
• Harass, threaten or mistreat restaurant staff or delivery riders.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

The NexEats name, logo, app, website and content are owned by NexAtlas Technologies Ltd or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use them only as needed to use the service.

NexEats provides the platform “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of restaurants or riders, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available here with an updated date. Continued use of NexEats after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales (the country of the operating company), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of Algeria where you use the service.
